Shipping policy

 

Elevate Motorsports utilizes a number of different warehouses and shipping companies to get you your gear!  It’s not uncommon to receive multiple shipments for a single order if you have more than one item in your order.

Our Warehouses

We ship from Kamloops, Montreal and Golden. Your order may come from any one of these warehouses, but we’ll always first choose the one that combines your order into a single shipment.

Shipment Processing Times

We’re real people who love to recreate on weekends, so know that we’re not packing boxes or sending orders out on Saturday and Sunday. Your order should ship within 24-48 hours of you placing the order (Monday – Friday). Shipment times vary, but are always shipped Expedited Parcel (Canada Post), or Purolator/Loomis/Fed-Ex Ground, so a 2-day minimum should be expected.

Shipping Rates are calculated by dimensions of your product and your location.

Shipping Times

We ship via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) Purolator, Loomis and Fed-Ex Ground. Shipping times start at 2 days from the time your package gets picked up from the warehouse, but can vary depending on your location, our location, the weather, shipping volumes and all kinds of other things out of our control.
